Persona 4: The Ultimate In Mayonaka Arena Playable At Tokyo Game Show

imageHeading to the Makuhari Messe on say… September 17 or 18? You’ll be able to play Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena. The game will be in Arc System Works booth at Tokyo Game Show and on display at the Amusement Machine show next door.

Chie, Yosuke, Yu (the protagonist of Persona 4) and Aigis from Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 have been announced as playable characters.

Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena will be released in arcades next spring. The 2D fighting game is being built with Taito Type X2 hardware and will support NESiCAxLive, an online system for patches and leaderboards. Arc System Works plan to use four buttons and an 8-way directional stick.

After its arcade debut, Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in summer 2012.
