Atlus shared details in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine on Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night and Persona 5: Dancing Star Night with the “Social Link”mode that will let you enjoy mini-events with the guys after clearing tasks. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]
Persona 5: Dancing Star Night’s “Social Link” mode starts out with the protagonist who wakes up and finds himself in the Club Velvet, where Justine and Caroline tell him to get ready for a dance party. From here, the Phantom Thieves are half-forced into taking on a new challenge.
In Social Link mode you’ll unlock mini-events where you’ll get to see the characters interact. These are unlocked upon clearing requirements, and it’s also how you’ll earn costumes.
Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night’s Social Link mode starts with a sudden gathering of the members of SEES at Club Velvet, where Elizabeth announces that she’s going to throw a dance party. They, too, will be forced into participating as well.
Persona 5: Dancing Star Night and Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night release in Japan on May 24, 2018 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. You can get a look at the latest batch of screenshots in our previous report.
