Bandai Namco announced its gashapon capsule machines in Japan will feature a Persona 5 Royal capsule rubber mascot line of keychains of characters paired off with their Personas. There will be 10 total. They’ll show up in the country in December 2025, with each try costing 300円. Since there are US and Canadian branches of this division, we will likely see them worldwide in 2026. Atlus also pointed out Bandai Namco’s Gashapon Online division will start offering them starting on September 1, 2025.

Each of these Persona 5 Royal keychains of characters with their Personas is about 6 inches tall. They’re made of flexible rubber, and there’s a metal ball-chain at the top for holding keys. There is no “secret” one. Each one is also shown with their starting Persona and in their Phantom Thieves costume. So this would mean Joker would be with Arsene and Panther is shown alongside Carmen.

Here’s the full list of all the pairings.

  • Crow with Robin Hood
  • Fox with Goemon
  • Joker with Arsene
  • Mona with Zorro
  • Noir with Milady
  • Oracle with Necronomicon
  • Panther with Carmen
  • Queen with Johanna
  • Skull with Captain Kidd
  • Violet with Cendrillon

And here is how all of those Persona 5 Royal characters look with their Personas.

In Japan, people can buy step counters and a scale based on the series.

Bandai Namco will offer the Persona 5 Royal capsule rubber mascot keychains in gashapon machines in Japan starting in December 2025, and we should see them in the company’s capsule machines in the US and Canada a few weeks or months after that. The original game launched on the PS3 and PS4, and the Royal release appeared on the PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
