Atlus and Perfect World announced the launch windows for the continuing Persona 5: The Phantom X Persona 3 Reload crossover characters, confirming when we’ll see Mitsuru Kirijo and Fuuka Yamagishi. The former will be on a banner when the 4.11 patch debuts for the worldwide version on October 15, 2026. The latter will show up in 4.12 when that update launches on October 29, 2026.
Since both Mitsuru and Fuuka are already present in the original version of Persona 5: The Phantom X, we know what to expect from the five-star Persona 3 Reload characters’ debut in the worldwide version of the game. Mitsuru is an Assassin type character, which means her moveset prioritizes damage to one opponent rather than AOE, defense, or support. She fights alongside the Persona Penthesilea, as usual. Her signature element is still Ice.
Likewise, Fuuka is stepping into the same sort of shoes as before. She’s still going to be a Navigator once she releases. As such, she’ll be in a supportive role with her Persona Lucia.
Atlus also confirmed that Rie Tanaka and Mamiko Noto will voice both characters in this mobile spin-off. It shared statements on social media from both of them.

One of the last crossover characters to appear was the Persona 3 Portable heroine Kotone Shiomi.
Persona 5: The Phantom X is available for the PC and Android and iOS mobile devices, and Persona 3 Reload is on the Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
