Phantasy Star Online 2 is getting its next update in August, and in addition to the content that will be included as part of the update, the game is receiving a collaboration with BlazBlue.
The video starts out with a look at some of the content of the summer mid-sized update, followed by the new Scratch items from the “Versus BlazBlue” collaboration, which begins at the 1:05 mark.
We first get to see a look at Ragna the Bloodedge’s costume, which comes complete with his hairstyle and also his voice. There’s a female version included, too. Next is Jin Kisaragi, followed by Noel Vermillion, Izayoi, and Mu –No. 12-.
Next, the video showcases some of the weapons with Ragna’s “Blood-Scythe” blade, Jin’s “Mucro Algesco: Yukianesa, Mu-12’s “Sword of the Godslayer: Kusanagi,” Izayoi’s “Zero-Type Izayoi,” and Noel’s “Arcus Diabolus: Bolverk.”
The collaboration also brings various other items like the BlazBlue posters and more. We get to see a little more of what else is new with various other items, new fields, weapons, and monsters.
Phantasy Star Online 2’s Darkness Shrouded Domain update with its BlazBlue collaboration will launch in Japan sometime in August.
