Pikachu Burger And Pikachu Parfait Served In The Real World

Recommended Videos

We’ve seen Pokémon themed… well, everything so far, but these special Pikachu collaboration food items take it to the next level by making everything from parfaits to burgers, look like our favorite electric rodent at the Pikachu Café in Roppongi Hills.

The “Pokémon the Movie XY Exhibit: Let’s Meet Pikachu AT Roppongi Hills Observatory!” is an upcoming event that will take place at the Roppongi Hills observatory’s Tokyo City View from July 19 to Augsut 31, to commemorate the upcoming film, Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction.

The Pikachu Café will be a temporary event going on at the Mado Lounge Spice café that is located in the observatory. Here’s a look at some of the temporary Pikachu-themed original menu items they’ll have during the event:

cached The Pikachu’s Thunderbolt Parfait (880 yen) is made from a Pikachu-shaped mango flan and all kinds of fruits.

Pikachu Curry Bun (400 yen) was made with the image of Pikachu’s back in mind. The stripes are made from fukujinzuke pickles that are often served as a condiment with curry, and the tail is a well-crafted piece of corn tortilla.

Pikachu’s Teriyaki Burger (1,080 yen) has a Pikachu face’s motif for the buns, with ear-shaped tortilla chips and salsa, which are actually pretty rare side dishes in Japan.

Pikachu’s curry (1,180 yen) is a traditional Japanese dish of curry, served with star-shaped eggs and carrots. It looks like they put the tortilla chips to use again for its ears. They actually got the yellow color by using Turmeric rice, instead of the traditional white.

The Poké Ball OmuHayashi (1,280 yen) had its Poké Ball made from a mix of chicken rice and white rice. Meanwhile, the rest of the dish is made of omurice and hayashi rice.

The Pikachu Pancake (980 yen) is one for the sweet tooths out there, with a Pikachu brand on the hotcakes, together with various fruits and vanilla ice cream.

This fancy-looking dish is the Poké Ball Dessert Plate (880 yen) featuring a Poké Ball made from raspberry and yogurt mousse, and different fruits on the side.

Finally, here’s a look at the Kids’ Meal Set (980) yen, featuring a smaller serving of Pikachu’s Curry, sausages, fried shrimp, and the Pikachu mango flan for dessert.

Additionally, they have Fruity Float beverages (700 yen) that are themed off the Pokémon who’ll appear in Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’d feel terrible to even put a dent on any of these masterfully crafted Pikachu foods!

Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction will premiere in theaters on July 19, 2014 in Japan.
