NieR: Automata will be releasing for the PlayStation 4 and PC next year, though Platinum Games has revealed that they may consider releasing the RPG for Xbox One in the future.

In an interview with Game Rant, NieR: Automata’s producer Yosuke Saito said that they would make an Xbox One version of the game only if the initial launch of the PS4 and PC versions prove to be enough of a success. Additionally, Saito also confirmed that the game will support the PlayStation 4 Pro, saying that Platinum Games has worked to ensure that NieR: Automata will maintain its 60 FPS framerate as well as boast 4k graphics.

NieR: Automata will release in Japan on February 23, 2017 for the PlayStation 4. It is also planned for a Steam release, as well as a North American release, though neither have a set date at this time.
