Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes is heading back to stores in Japan this fall with bonus content. Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes Party (aka Sengoku Basara 3 Utage in Japan) adds a handful of new characters.

If you played the original game on either PlayStation 3 or Wii you may remember NPCs like Kobayakawa Hideaki and the monk Tenkai. Both of these characters are playable in Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes Party. Mogami Yoshiaki, Tachibana Muneshige, and Otomo Sorin are also playable.

Capcom added a few characters from the Japan-only game Sengkou Basara 2 Heroes like Katakura Kojuro, Matsunage Hisahide, and Sarutobi Sasuke to the mix too. The theme of Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes Party is drama meets party. This game will have lighthearted side stories and events.

Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes Party is in development for PlayStation 3 and Wii. While Capcom brought the original title overseas, this re-release has not been announced for North America or Europe.
