PlayStation Vita TV Leaves Japan For Other Asian Regions In January 2014

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia announced they will bring PlayStation Vita TV to other Asia regions like Hong Kong and Singapore on January 16, 2014. This tiny console lets owners play PsOne, PSP, and select Vita games on a TV.

PS Vita TV has streaming media apps like Hulu Plus and Tsutaya TV in Japan. So far, no media apps have been announced for users outside Japan, but you can still play God Eater 2 on a big screen.

 

PlayStation Vita TV with 1GB of internal storage will retail for HK$798 ($103). Sony also has a value pack with a DualShock 3 and 8GB memory card for HK$1,180 ($152).
