Pokemon Party in NYC next week

On April 22^nd, 2007 (two Sundays from now) Nintendo is throwing an event to celebrate the launch of Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. Instead of the party just being contained in the Nintendo World Store it’s going to be throughout Rockefeller Plaza. Where Nintendo expects 5,000 fans to trade cards, watch the Pokemon Ranger move and find Poke Balls in their scavenger hunt. There are going to be prizes too like an exclusive Pokemon Nintendo DS Lite and tickets to summer sporting events. The event runs from 1PM – 5PM and if you’re going please take some pictures for us. I want to see Rockefeller Plaza invaded with Pokemon cosplayers!
