The primary highlights of this crossover will be the special Polaroid cameras that will come in three different models. The first one will be the Pikachu Edition, which comes with a male Pikachu tail attached. The second one will be the Sylveon Edition, which will also have a strap featuring the latest Eeveelution‘s color scheme of pink, white, and blue. The third and last model will be the Pokemon Edition, which is being modeled after a regular Poke Ball with a red-and-white color scheme.

Polaroid will also release special film packs with frames that feature other Pokemon species, such as Charmander, Snorlax, and Espeon. Each pack will also include a darkslide that features a Pokemon silhouette. Besides showing a preview of a darkslide featuring the #136 Pokemon Flareon, the company teases more variations based on the #7 Squirtle, #151 Mew, and #197 Umbreon.

The pre-order window for the Pokemon Polaroid cameras and frames will open on August 25, 2026. The official Polaroid website and Pokemon Center outlets will start shipping the orders on September 29, 2026.
