Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! Trailer Shows Ash And Pikachu’s Early Friendship

During a recent episode of the morning children’s TV show, Oha Suta, The Pokémon Company shared a new the beginning of Ash and Pikachu’s adventures in a new trailer for the upcoming film.

Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! is the twentieth Pokémon movie and also the first in the Sun and Moon series. As a commemoration of the anime’s 20th anniversary the film is a remake or retelling of the Indigo League Saga, where we’ll get to see the beginning of Ash and Pikachu’s friendship.

Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! premiers in Japanese theaters on July 15, 2017.
