Price drop surges Playstation 3 sales, Folklore in October?

After dropping the price of the 60 GB Playstation 3, Sony announced sales are up more than 135%. The sales increase is obvious news, but contained in the e-mail was a blurb with approximate release dates for some of their first party games. You probably already know Warhawk is due out in August and Heavenly Sword is scheduled for September. Following those games are "six more exclusive first-party PS3 games in October, including Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction."

Six more first party games? Glancing over Sony’s first party schedule Folklore, The Eye of Judgment, Singstar and Uncharted: Drake’s Legend are scheduled for 2007, but they don’t have release dates. Perhaps they will arrive in October, which is a little clearer than the vague Winter release window.
