Time for everyone, everywhere to connect with some princesses, as the Princess Connect English version is now available everywhere. Crunchyroll announced that the game is available everywhere. And, because over 800,000 people pre-registered, all of the folks who give the global version of the game a chance will start off their adventure with 3,100 jewels to spend on the gacha to potentially recruit new characters.
Here’s the latest Princess Connect trailer designed to celebrate its English launch. It helps explain the point of the game, then shows some animated segments and in-game battles. In the game, your goal is to help protect Astraea with the help of various princesses. You accomplish this goal by building up your roster, then sending your team out on missions to fight enemies. When in the midst of a battle, you can tap on a character’s portrait to have them perform attacks.
As pointed out by the unofficial Princess Connect English Twitter account, the game isn’t just celebrating its launch. In Japan, it also is paying tribute to the new year. It noted that the January 17-22, 2021 gacha involved New Year’s versions of Hiyori and Yui.
Princess Connect is available on Android and Apple iOS devices worldwide.
