Bandai Namco kicked off a series of development videos featuring professional drivers for Project CARS 2. The first episode features McLaren chief test-driver Chris Goodwin, who shares his process and involvement in the “Built by Drivers” video series.

In the video, Chris Goodwin showcases the process behind the in-game development of the new McLaren 720S. Technicians from around the world gather for one final test-session, but it’s Goodwin alone who has the final say on the in-game handling of the 720S.

We’ll see more from the Built by Drivers series through the summer, featuring various guests’ involvement and a further look inside the development of the upcoming racing game.

Project CARS 2 releases later in 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
