PSA: Honkai: Star Rail Kinokuniya Event Ends Monday

For those near Kinokuniya stores, the retailer’s Honkai: Star Rail contest is about to end on April 24, 2023. The promotion began on April 11, 2023 and involves visiting to get a “Star Rail Pass” and take part in photo ops ahead of the game’s April 26, 2023 launch. People who do also will be entered to win prizes connected to either the store or the upcoming HoYoVerse game.

At every participating Kinokuniya store, there will be Honkai: Star Rail imagery. One standee will promote the game itself and have a QR code that allows people to pre-register for the game. To participate in the event and enter the contest, a person must scan the QR code to get the Star Rail Special Pass. After scanning it with a phone, go to the cashier and show them the “pre-registration successful” page. On April 24, 2023, the official Twitter account for the game will announce the 48 people who won items like an iPhone 14, mouse pad, acrylic standee, keychain, pin, and Kinokuniya gift card.

For reference, here is how the March 7th standee looks in-store.
