PSO2 Persona Paradox AC Scratch Tickets Arrive August 12, 2020

Given that Atlus owns Persona and Sega owns Atlus and Phantasy Star Online 2, a collaboration seems like a given. Especially since the Japanese version of the game had a Persona 5 tie-in and ones from the Persona Dancing Collection. But perhaps people didn’t expect them to appear in the West so soon. You can buy PSO2 Persona Paradox AC Scratch Tickets starting August 12, 2020.

The event was announced on the global version of the PSO2 website. While it is having issues loading as of 7:30pm CT, there’s also a YouTube video that shows all the costumes in-game and confirms they’re identical to the ones from the past Japanese collaborations.

From Persona 3, people can collect Makoto Yuki’s hair and school uniform, Yukari Takeba’s hair and uniform, Mitsuru Kirijo’s hair and uniform, Elizabeth Replica hair and outfit, and the Aigis Replica hair and uniforms, showing her in her battle attire and Persona 3 Dancing outfit. There’s also the Persona 3 Portable heroine’s Gekkoukan Female Uniform and hairstyle, complete with XXII barrettes. (It is available with or without SEES armband.)

Before the video heads into the Persona 4 looks, there is a generic Jack Frost mascot suit someone could acquire and don. But if you do prefer to look like you’re from Inaba, you could try and get the Yu Narukami uniform and hair, Chie Satonaka uniform and hair, Marie’s Clothes and Shoulder Bag, and Teddie Bear Suit.

Persona 5 is also well represented in the video segment. Its portion kicks off with Joker’s Phantom Thief Attire, before moving on to his more generic Shujin Academy Uniform. Then, there’s Ann Takamaki’s Academy Uniform outfit, Haru Okumura’s Uniform, Futaba Sakura’s Outfit, and Makoto Niijima’s Academy Uniform.

Here’s the full PSO2 Persona Paradox AC Scratch Ticket event trailer. Once you get to the three minute mark, you can see the Jack Frost and Morgana MAG Evolution Devices you might get and the emotes inspired by the series.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is available on the Xbox One and PC outside of Japan. (You can pick it up via the Microsoft Store or Steam.) The PSO2 Persona Paradox AC Scratch Ticket event will run from August 12, 2020 until September 8, 2020.
