Quiz Magic Academy Is Bringing The Trivia To PC, Beta Test Coming Soon

Konami’s long-running popular pop quiz arcade franchise, Quiz Magic Academy, has had 13 arcade titles since 2003 and it is getting its very first PC version.

 

According to a tweet from the official Twitter account of the series, the PC version of Quiz Magic Academy is being developed for Konami’s e-amusement Cloud. A beta test will also arrive in Japan sometime in the near future.

 

For those of you who aren’t too familiar with Quiz Magic Academy, it’s set in a world inspired by the wizardry school of Hogwarts from Harry Potter, except the world is full of evil spirits that are working on getting rid of knowledge and conscience of the people.

 

A group of mages called “Sages” go about curing the land by defeating them using the power of wisdom to unlock their weaknesses. Players choose tehir avatars from a growing pool of students, and get to take on quizzes from the following categories of “Anime/Gaming,” “Entertainment,” “Sports,” “Literature,” “Science,” “Social Studies,” “Lifestyle.” These quizes are constantly updated with the latest trivia.
