Raiden Dons New Armor For Metal Gear: Rising

Now out in the wide open Konami sent out art of Raiden, the star of Metal Gear: Rising. In the Xbox 360 (and most likely PlayStation 3 game) Raiden appears to have a different (incomplete?) cyborg shell.

Kojima Productions also changed the tag line for Metal Gear: Rising. Instead of “tactical espionage action” Metal Gear: Rising will deliver “lightning bolt action”.
