Games hoping to get funding through Kickstarter are having a rough time. Citizens of Earth, a comedic JRPG inspired by Earthbound from the makers of Waveform, didn’t reach its funding goal. That was a bummer because the demo was solid and the game was fairly far along in its development cycle.

Elemental-Labs just canceled their Kickstarter campaign for the Reborn after securing over $50,000 from backers with a plan of relaunching it in November. Reborn is a cyberpunk action RPG that fuses Japanese mythology into it planned for PS3, PS4, and PC. The redux campaign will show a behind the scenes motion capture session, a glimpse of gameplay (most of what we’ve seen is concept art), and restructured rewards.
