Report: Final Fantasy Agito Arrives For iOS And Android In April In Japan

The Nikkei reports Final Fantasy Agito, a smartphone game with the characters from Final Fantasy Type-0, is scheduled to come out in April.

Final Fantasy Agito will be released as a free to play game with items and weapons available to purchase as microtransactions. The newspaper also reports Final Fantasy Agito was a cooperative effort with Square Enix’s own programmers plus an external development company working together on the project.

Final Fantasy Agito has not been announced for the West, but Square Enix filed trademarks for the title.
