At gamescom 2025 on August 20, 2025, Shift Up announced a new Goddess of Victory: NIKKE crossover with Resident Evil. It started with a social media snippet that involved a ceremony, a peek at a mansion, and hints at characters appeared. However, the Future Game Show at 11am PT/2pm ET/8pm CET on August 20, 2025 was when we got to see confirmation that characters like Jill Valentine will appear in NIKKE.
Here’s the initial teaser that set the stage for the crossover. It began with Poli, an existing Goddess of Victory: NIKKE character, watching the ceremony with caped characters. She’s not wearing any special costume, as the appearance is based on her standard A.C.P.U. uniform. That imagery looked like something that could have appeared in a later entry, like Resident Evil Village.
After that, we saw the backs of two figures heading toward what looked like Spencer Mansion. The appearances suggested the man present could have been Chris Redfield. It is unknown who the woman with him was, due to a black cape covering much of her. A short-haired woman’s silhouette could be seen inside, and it appeared to resemble Jill Valentine.

We saw two other crossovers appear in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE recently. The Stellar Blade crossover showed up at the beginning of June 2025. The NieR: Automataevent came back with new costumes in July 2025 too.
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available for the PC and mobile devices, and the Resident Evil crossover is on the way.
