River City: Tokyo Rumble Shows Off Its Story, Dodgeball, And Rumble Modes

River City: Tokyo Rumble releases today in North America for the Nintendo 3DS and some new gameplay of Arc System Works and Natsume’s beat-em-up has been shared over on UpUpDownDown’s YouTube channel.
