Robotics;Notes Elite Gets A PlayStation Vita AR App

This summer, 5pb will be releasing a PlayStation Vita port, Robotics;Notes Elite, which a reconstructed story and character models optimized for the Vita. While players wait for the game, they can check out this new app called Robotics;Note Elite AR with neat camera features. 4Gamer gives us a quick look.

Using the Robotics;Notes Elite AR app, which is currently available to download for free, you can get a first look at the newly optimized character models and have them show up in different pictures using the PlayStation Vita camera.

However, there’s a catch. You’ll have to look for these characters by getting certain objects in the camera.

 

Some of these objects include a special pre-order poster, a bottle of Akiho Senomiya’s favorite Skal Soda, a certain illustration found on the official Robotics;Notes website, and another one somewhere in the character introduction pages of the official design works.

 

Once you find a character, you’ll be able to press a “keep!” button to lock them in place, and take a picture with them, or maybe have them pose next to your Frau Koujiro figure (Duhuhu).

 

Robotics;Notes Elite will be released on June 26, 2014 for PlayStation Vita.
