In the case of the newly available additions in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time patch 1.3.3, these features can be accessed right away. The Pegasus Mount can be picked up if you head to Eternia in the Past and go to the Guild Hall chest. It will be waiting, and can then be equipped and used. With the Life Songs you earn for hitting Master rank, those can be heard at the Life Master for each one in Eternia in the Past. To take advantage of the new camera increased views, you need to go into the Options menu after updating, scroll down to Camera Operation, and choose “Far.” The previous option will still appear as “Normal.”

As for the Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time free Roguelike Open World DLC for Ginormosia, that will add a new NPC you check in with to take part and additional items to earn. Not all of the additions were teased, and Level-5 didn’t explain how gameplay will work when the roguelike elements are included. It did note that emotes, equipment, hairstyles, and mounts will all be part of that update, however.

This is part of a push to add new DLC and updates due to the popularity of the new Fantasy Life entry. The game since passed one million in sales since its debut at the end of May 2025.

Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time is available for the Switch, Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and patch 1.3.3 is available now.
