The four panel comic Poyo Poyo Observation Journal is expanding in Japan with an anime series and a Nintendo 3DS game from educational software developer IE Institute. Poyo looks like a fat cat, but he really just has a spherical build. Since he’s full of muscle and big bones, Poyo can quickly roll around.
Little is known about the Poyo Poyo Observation Journal game other than its training communication game and the limited edition comes with a plush made by Takara Tomy.
Poyopoyo Observation Journal is slated for release in February 2012.
