Square Enix announced today that Romancing SaGa 2 is headed to PlayStation Vita and Smartphone this winter. Famitsu shares a first look and some details.

While retaining the looks from the original Super Famicom title, the new PlayStation Vita and smartphone version will revamp its character appearances, backgrounds, and battle graphics.

 

The game will be optimized for the new hardware, and will include the “Class” and “Original Dungeon” that were added in the 2010 mobile version of the game.

 

Romancing SaGa 2 will release in Japan this winter for PlayStation Vita, Android, and iPhone.
