Sakura Santa follows university student Koj during his first Christmas alone after leaving home. To salve his loneliness, Koj wanders up to a local shrine to make a wish: "I want to have someone to spend Christmas with this year."

After making his wish, Koj meets three girls that all want to spend the days leading up to Christmas with him. Koj faces a dilemma: which girl should he spend this magical time of year with?
