Save Me Mr Tako Set For 2018

Recommended Videos

Last year, Nicalis said that Save me Mr Tako would be coming to the Nintendo Switch and PC in 2017. Now, we have an updated early 2018 release window for both platforms. Christophe Galati, the developer, says the abundance of content within the game meant extended playtesting sessions, which led to the delay. It is now going through the Nintendo submission process and a release date will come after that is complete.

In addition to the new release window, Save me Mr Tako has some new display options. 4:3 and 16:9 are two possibilities. People can also go with a windowed mode that has one of 10 backgrounds implemented. Three of the background options were shared in Galati’s update.

Development on Save me Mr Tako began in 2014 in honor of the Game Boy’s 25th anniversary.
