See How the Triple Inkstrike Weapon Works in Splatoon 3

Yet another new weapon is joining Splatoon 3, with the Triple Inkstrike stepping into the spotlight. This time, the item looks a little like a lawn dart. After throwing three of them, it will deal area of attack damage to areas around where they fall.

First, here’s a look at the weapon itself. Its logo in the bottom right shows it is part of the Splat brand that’s existed since Splatoon.

Next, there’s a clip showing how the Splatoon 3 Triple Inkstrike looks when used. There’s also an overhead view in the second half, to show how much area is affected by a blast.

This means we’ve now gotten a better look at three new Splatoon 3 weapons. The first one to show up is a sort of bow. It’s called the Stringer and appears in marketing for the game. The other is the Ink Vac. It can inhale enemy ink attacks and spit them back out at foes.

Splatoon 3 will appear on the Nintendo Switch on September 9, 2022.
