Back in the beginning of January 2019, Capcom confirmed that the bonus modes from the 1998 Resident Evil 2 would be returning for the remake. After people beat the game under certain conditions, new modes like The 4th Survivor, which lets you play as Umbrella Security Service special Agent HUNK, unlocked. Now, Capcom has released a video that shows what people can expect from HUNK’s adventure.

As a reminder, the Resident Evil 2 The 4th Survivor mode is rather difficult. It is shorter than Leon or Claire’s story and involves HUNK trying to escape Raccoon City while relying on what he has with him. You have to be both resourceful and frugal to survive. To unlock it in this version of the game, you first have to see the true ending by beating either Leon or Claire’s campaign, then starting the character you didn’t initially use’s Second Run campaign right after.
