See Some Lords Of Cinder In Dark Souls III’s Opening

Bandai Namco has released the three and a half minute, opening video that will greet every new Dark Souls III player. The cinematic trailer shows how the action RPG will begin, with a female narrator offering an introduction to the world of Lothric. As the game begins, we see a number of pilgrims going north through a wasteland.

The Dark Souls III opening also talks about the Lords of Cinder being unearthed. Aldrich, Saint of the Deep, Farron’s Undead Legion, the Abyss Watchers, and Yhrom the Giant, Lord of the Profaned Capital, are all introduced and shown in the video. Of the three, Yhrom gets the most screen time.
