On June 11, 2020, Sony finally did it. It gave people a first look at the PlayStation 5 console design. The video clip looked at both the standard and digital editions of the system and a few of its accessories. Now, people can get an even better look at everything with an array of additional product images. And yes, one render shared actually shows what a PS5 horizontal layout will look like, as all of the early images only showed the system in a vertical position.
The pictures of the PS5 DualSense wireless charging dock show the peripheral both with and without controllers. It can only hold two at a time.
Here’s a better look at the PS5 HD camera. It is shown alone and positioned on top of a TV.
The two PS5 wireless headset pictures show the headset itself and the USB adapter people will plug into the console.
This is the PS5 media remote.
Finally, there are two PS5 horizontal images from Sony, with one looking at the standard version with a disc drive and the other showing the digital edition. You have to look close to see the difference, but the standard model’s disc drive is on the lower left side when looking at the system’s picture.
As far as we know, the PlayStation 5 will be released at the end of 2020.
