Sega announced in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine that Sega Ages Virtua Racing, which originally released for arcade in 1992, is coming to Switch with some new extra features this spring in Japan. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]

The Online Versus mode is a 1v1 where you’ll get to keep track of how your opponent is doing. The Local Versus mode supports up to 8-player split-screen that is split like this:

1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8

When playing with five players, it splits into six parts with the #6 screen being blank. That said, it might be pretty tough to see what’s going on without a decent-sized monitor or TV.
