Sekai Project has revealed that it’s bringing a HD remaster of Aiueo Kompany’s visual novel Sound of Drop – fall into poison – out on Steam for Windows, Mac, and Linux on October 30th, just in time for Halloween.
It has English language support, of course, as well as a new character, two new routes with new good and bad endings, HD graphics, new music, as well as new and polished CG events.
It follows the protagonist Mayu as she enters the Manten Aquarium with her friend Himeno to investigate the urban legends surrounding the place – it is said that on the night of the full moon the waters turn to blood and man-faced fish lurk within.
What started out as a bit of fun went awry when Mayu spotted her little sister Mari and started chasing her around the aquarium. “Before she realizes it, Mayu finds herself alone and lost in the crimson aquarium,” reads the game’s description.
