Shadow scratching shown in a Blue Dragon Plus trailer

The direction of Blue Dragon Plus feels so similar to Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, but Feelplus didn’t need to change the concept art as much. Shu and his friends look the same. There are new characters in Blue Dragon Plus like Fushira who has a purple flower shadow with sharp teeth. It attacks with a giant cone of fire. When two shadows are summoned players have scratch battles to see who gets to do their special attack. Otherwise Blue Dragon Plus is reminiscent of Brownie Brown’s other real time strategy game on the DS, Heroes of Mana.
