Players will have to carefully consider their every move in Erisle, as their shields, ammunition, and ability to upgrade weapons are all tied to the same Energy bar in the action RPG.
Players gain Energy from defeating enemies in the action game, but it is used up by every action the player can take. Energy fuels the shield, which drains it when taking damage, is used as ammo for weapons, and can also be used upgrade firearms to take enemies down quickly. Each decision comes with its own risks, as draining it too much for upgrades or shots will leave the player vulnerable.
The developers hope to release Erisle in July, and have started a Steam Greenlight campaign for the title.
