Tony Taka, the manga and video game artist best known for his character designs for the Shining series, teased on his official Twitter account that a new game will be announced this week. [Thanks, Hachima.]
On Twitter, Tony Taka said that they’re currently in the midst of some busy preparations with both hobby and game-related announcements to make as part of his 20th anniversary since his debut.
In addition to an interview featuring Tony Taka and Satoshi Sakai of Sega in the latest issue of Monthly Hobby Japan that will feature some talk about the future of a certain title, he said that there will be an official announcement in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine which publishes on July 27 in Japan.
As always, we’ll likely have its first info later tonight (or early tomorrow morning, if you will) when the first info from Famitsu usually leaks.
