Should You Kill Kagha in Baldur’s Gate 3?

One of the most crucial decisions you have to make early in Baldur’s Gate 3 Appears early on. You need to decide whose side you’ll take in the war between the Druids and goblins. As part of this, you have the important decision of if you should kill the leader of the Emerald Grove Kagha in Baldur’s Gate 3 or not. Here’s what I think you should do.

Should You Kill Kagha in Baldur’s Gate 3?

I implore you to do something for me: go into your game and have a chat with Kagha if you can in the Baldur’s Gate 3 Emerald Grove, then come back to this article. If you’re anything like me, you’ll find that she is one of the most obnoxious and vile people I have met in this game.

The problem is she’s the leader of a group of mostly likable Druids, including potential companion Halsin. She is also antagonizing the Tieflings and potentially going to send them to their deaths. You should always side with either the Tieflings or goblins, in my opinion.

After all, siding with the Tieflings doesn’t kill the Druids or lock you out of Halsin. Even still, you can kill Kagha no matter what option you pick, which is what I did.

I chose to side with the Tieflings in the end, but I still killed Kagha after the fact. She even appeared near me after the battle all alone like the game wanted me take her out. And I didn’t lose Halsin, either, since he wasn’t in my party at the time.

So, it is a win-win that route in taking out Kagha. On the other hand, if you side with the goblins, you’ll likely take her out no matter what. The bottom line is, unless you are a pacifist, I find she won’t be missed in the world or even by her own people.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is available for PC and PlayStation 5.
