Planning on getting a PlayStation Vita at launch? You might want a case to protect your handheld. Sony Computer Entertainment Japan will release two types on December 15. A soft carrying case, in either blue or white, goes for 1,800 yen ($23).

Sophisticated leather cases with a matching hand strap are 4,000 yen ($52). All four pouches will be available on December 17 when PlayStation Vita lands in Japan.
