If you haven’t tried Sleeping Dogs yet log on to Steam, PlayStation Network or Xbox Live. Square Enix just released a downloadable demo for the open world game.

The demo start with a chase scene where Detective Wei Shen runs through a night market in North Point. A rooftop fistfight breaks out when Wei Shen catches his target. Countering attacks is one way to fight, throwing thugs into air conditioners is another. The second part of the demo takes place in a warehouse. You start by beating up gangsters (there’s a new grappler type) and then try out "gun fu" after disarming an enemy.
