Players become a bachelor in Garden Grove in Something To Do With Love. In this town, they’ll be free to explore the various hangout spots if they wish, meeting different people as they go about their daily schedule. The world of Garden Grove and its characters all work on their own timelines throughout day/night and weather cycles, so getting to know people and places will help players learn who and what will be going on.

Something To Do With Love features multiple characters the player can date, each with their own personality types and behaviors players will want to learn if they wish to get closer to them. Players are also free to lie to these characters to impress them and then act however they like, but word does get around town should players get caught acting counter to what they said to their love interest.

Something To Do With Love uses a fluid animation style to make each character feel believable, capturing gestures, body language, and general movement in ways that give the characters a sense of realism.

A demo for Something To Do With Love is available through Steam and Itch.io. The developers are also looking for funding through Kickstarter and Patreon, with the game slated for release in April 2018.
