The SNK NeoGeo MVSX arcade unit will see a worldwide release, as it will also make its way to Japan. Gantaku will publish it as SNK NeoGeo MVSX Classic Retro Arcade with a price of 54,780 yen and the official Japanese release date set on January 31, 2021. [Thanks, Game Watch!]
Pre-orders for the home arcade cabinet are now available at Amazon Japan. However, the initial pre-order stock was quickly sold out in just a couple of hours after the first opening on December 1, 2020. Only the arcade unit will be sold without the optional 32 inch-tall MVS style base.
