To help promote Sonic Mania and Sonic Mania Plus, Sega released a Sonic Mania Adventures series of web shorts online. These five episodes offered people an opportunity to see Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Mighty, and Ray interact with one another and deal with Doctor Eggman’s minions. Now, to help people understand how these were made, a behind the scenes video with Tyson Hesse, the shorts’ director, and Lirit Rosenzweig-Topaz, the executive producer, has been released.

The Sonic Mania Adventures video offers almost five minutes worth of interviews with Hesse and Rosenzweig-Topaz. It goes through the creative process, as well as shows some concept art.
