Sony Is Offering Games To PlayStation Plus Members In Japan First

In addition to getting free play games like Ys: Memories of Celceta and a large selection of PsOne Classics, PlayStation Plus members in Japan also get access to some games first. Sony Computer Entertainment Japan tested the waters by only releasing Miku Miku Hockey, an augmented reality air hockey game for Vita, to PlayStation Plus members months before it was available to everyone else.

PlayStation Plus members will be able to purchase God of War Collection for Vita a week ahead of schedule too. The collection, which only includes God of War 1 and God of War 2, comes out on May 15, but PlayStation Plus subscribers can get it on May 8. The game will retail for 3,800 yen in stores and only 2,800 yen as a download.
