Soulcalibur, Spaceships, And The Idolm@ster Collide In 3DS Baseball Game

The Rakuten Golden Eagles and Hanshin Tigers are sharing the field with Namco’s characters in Pro Baseball Famista 2011. Namco Bandai’s long running baseball series is coming to Nintendo 3DS with stereographic visuals and a slew of cameo characters.

Characters from Gods Eater Burst, Soulcalibur, Taiko no Tatsujin, Tekken, The Idolm@ster, and perhaps most puzzling Ace Combat are on the Namco Stars team. Since fighter jets can shoot baseballs I guess they’re pitchers? I wonder what happens when planes step up to bat…

Pro Baseball Famista 2011 also has characters from classic Namco games including Xevious, Mappy, The Legend of Valkyrie, Samurai Ghost, and Wonder Momo.
