SoulCalibur VI Offers A Behind-The-Scenes Look At Geralt

A new SoulCalibur VI detailed character examination has been released. In this latest behind-the-scenes installment, people get a three-minute look at The Witcher’s Geralt, who appears as a guest character.

This SoulCalibur VI video begins with Borys Pugacz Muraszkiewicz, CD Projekt Red’s Director of the English Adaptations, introducing Geralt while footage from the fighter plays. After that, Sebastian Kalemba, CD Projekt Red’s Head of Animation, talks about how his animations were handled so his appearance feels authentic and true to the character. Marcin Momot, CD Projekt Red’s Community Lead, goes over what is going into the crossover to make sure it works well. What is especially interesting is Muraszkiewicz’s suggestion that Geralt’s adventure here in SoulCalibur VI could have been part of The Witcher 3’s interdimensional travel.

Previous SoulCalibur VI behind-the-scenes videos looked at Sophitia, Nightmare and Groh.

SoulCalibur VI will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in 2018.
