Speaking of the ESRB, Spelunker is on there, listed as a Nintendo Wii game. I’m fairly certain this is for a 1980s NES game where you wander caves and dodge bat guano. After all, Splelunker appeared on Japan’s Virtual Console last summer. The only odd note about the listing is Tozai Inc. is listed as the developer instead of Irem or Broderbund. Tozai has ties with Broderbund and that could explain everything. However, there is always an infinitesimal chance (raw odds: 1/ 20! one over twenty factorial) this is some kind of WiiWare remake.
