Spike’s SRPG: Elvandia Story

Spike makes other games besides KuruKuru Princess: Figure de KiraKira Koori no Angel (which has been unofficially coined “Figure Skating DS”) and Escape from Bug Island. Elvandia Story is a good example of an interesting title they have in development. It’s a strategy RPG, but the screenshots vaguely remind me of Fire Emblem with more classes. There are eight normal classes and five “other” classes that you can start out with. You have your standard knight, archer, mage and the slightly different fencer. When you level up you can choose either the “light” path or “dark” path for your high class. Sega is publishing the game in Japan next month, but since Sega is involved there is a chance they might bring it over to the US too.
