Splatoon 2 Gets Shellendorf Institute Map And Dapple Dualies Noveau Weapon

Today is a big day for Splatoon 2 players. Not only is January 12, 2018 the day the global action versus comedy Splatfest begins. A new map and new weapon are also available in the game. People can now pick up the Dapple Dualies Noveau and visit the Shellendorf Institute.

The Shellendorf Institute is a museum players can fight through. There is an upper platform people can reach via climbing walls or even ink rails. It is also full of exhibits, like the one above showing the Zapfish.

The Dapple Dualies Noveau are an entirely new weapon original to Splatoon 2. They have the Toxic Mist sub-weapon and Ink Storm special.

Splatoon 2 is available for the Nintendo Switch.
